The theatre is built for the entire evening. Cocktails, dinner, a show, dancing, and parking for the cars when it's over.

An adjacent room features two six-foot tables for buffet-style service. For smaller groups, two eight-foot tables can be set up at the back of the showroom. Many groups eat at a restaurant nearby, arrive for the show, and stay for dessert and after-dinner drinks.

- Booking & deposits
- 50% upfront deposit holds the date and time. Credit card on file with a signed agreement. A $500 damage deposit is held and not charged if no damage occurs.
- Two-hour minimum
- All rentals are two hours or more. Set up, decorating, and clean-up are included in the overall rental period.
- Food & drink
- Renter can supply food (pot luck) and beverages (BYOB), or hire a caterer. We are happy to arrange catering for an additional fee. Alcoholic beverages are the sole responsibility of the renter.
- Holidays & December
- Premium rates apply for holidays and the December season. Please call for pricing and availability.
