- Family friendly?
- Yes — every ticketed evening show is rated G, but no one under 8 years old is admitted, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Sunday all-ages events (ice cream socials, children's entertainers) are scheduled separately.
- Reserved seats?
- Every seat is the same price and you pick yours when you book. Five rows, eighteen seats across, a center aisle — and there isn't a bad seat in the house.
- Doors?
- One hour before showtime.
- Parking?
- Free. The Manor has a 64-space lot on site.
- Accessibility?
- Street-level entry, no stairs into the showroom. Tell us when you book and we'll seat you on the aisle.
- Food & drink?
- Yes — the Magic Bar serves magical drinks (with and without alcohol) and small plates from The Manor's Kitchen.
- Refunds?
- Same as any concert venue: tickets are non-refundable.
- Children's discount?
- No — we only seat ninety. A seat is a seat.
- Video the show?
- Please don't. We protect every performer's creative work.
