Family friendly?

Yes. Every ticketed evening show is rated G, but no one under 8 years old is admitted, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Sunday all-ages events (ice cream socials, children's entertainers) are scheduled separately.

Reserved seats?

Rows one and two are reserved for Preferred ticket holders. All other seats are general admission, first come, first served, so arrive early to claim your favorite spot. There isn't a bad seat in the house.

Doors?

One hour before showtime.

Parking?

Free. The Manor has a 64-space lot on site.

Accessibility?

Street-level entry, no stairs into the showroom. Tell us when you book and we'll seat you on the aisle.

Food & drink?

Yes. The Magic Bar serves magical drinks (with and without alcohol) and small plates from The Manor's Kitchen.

Refunds?

Same as any concert venue: tickets are non-refundable.

Children's discount?

No. We only seat ninety. A seat is a seat.

Video the show?

Please don't. We protect every performer's creative work.
