    A garden for the ceremony, a deck with a gazebo for the toast, a Victorian Hall for the dance floor, and a kitchen that has made Italian dinners for thirty-eight years. The magic of Carol & Joe breaks the ice when families are meeting for the first time.

    Off-sites, holiday parties, sales meetings, executive retreats, client-appreciation evenings. Run a full show, do walk-around magic during cocktails, or a Wizard Camp-style workshop where the team learns tricks together. Better than a trust fall.

The Manor is built for the entire evening. Ceremony, cocktails, dinner, dancing, the show. And free parking.

The room

Ninety seats, no bad ones.

An adjacent room features two six-foot tables for buffet-style service. For smaller groups, two eight-foot tables can be set up at the back of the showroom. Many groups eat at a restaurant nearby, arrive for the show, and stay for dessert and after-dinner drinks.

Rates vary by number of guests, length of event, day of week, time of day, and whether the evening includes a show. Below are the starting points. Call for a custom quote.

    Children's birthday party with magic show

    $400+ tax · up to 15 children
    • 2-hour event ending by 1 pm to qualify
    • $10 per additional child · no charge for adults
    • Interactive show, child performs on stage, small gift for the birthday boy or girl
    • Set-up, clean-up, and tables for cake and refreshments
    • Additional hours: $100/hour (20-minute grace period)

House Policies
Booking & deposits
50% upfront deposit holds the date and time. Credit card on file with a signed agreement. A $500 damage deposit is held and not charged if no damage occurs.
Two-hour minimum
All rentals are two hours or more. Set up, decorating, and clean-up are included in the overall rental period.
Food & drink
Renter can supply food (pot luck) and beverages (BYOB), or hire a caterer. We are happy to arrange catering for an additional fee. Alcoholic beverages are the sole responsibility of the renter.
Holidays & December
Premium rates apply for holidays and the December season. Please call for pricing and availability.
