Welcome to The Magic Manor

After 23 years as "Theatre of Dreams", Illusionists & owners Carol Massie & Joe Givan have reopened in Sedalia at the former Gabriel's Italian Restaurant — magically transforming it into the elegant "MAGIC MANOR", a unique performance venue and event space to create memorable experiences!

Only world class performers are invited to the MAGIC MANOR. The show schedule is based on their availability. Public shows are offered only a few weekends per month.

Have fun & laughs in the bar with our amazing BAR MAGICIANS and sleight of hand artists. Enjoy happy hour on the patio with LIVE MUSIC most Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 4-6pm. Small plates and, of course, beverages, are available.

In the historic 1908 old house, enjoy close up magic and so much more. Relax and socialize in the Adventurer's Lounge, or get a group together to attend a paranormal experience in the Secret Circle (group reservations of up to 12 guests).

Our space is also available to rent for conferences, gala dinners, charity fundraisers, weddings, or private celebrations. If outdoor spaces are needed, we have a 64 space parking lot that can be booked for farmer's markets, craft fairs, food trucks, or concerts. Ask about our portable stage.

We are partners with Dream Dinners Catering and Colorado Boutique Events. Host your birthday, anniversary, wedding, client appreciation, bachelor and bachelorette parties as well as celebrations of life... You dream it, we do it!
