Are you family friendly?
Yes. Every ticketed evening show is rated G, but no one under 8 years old is admitted, and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Sunday all-ages events (ice cream socials, children's entertainers) are scheduled separately.
Do you have reserved seats?
Rows one and two are reserved for Preferred ticket holders. All other seats are general admission, first come, first served, so arrive early to claim your favorite spot. There isn't a bad seat in the house.
When do doors open?
Doors open one hour before showtime. Arrive early and enjoy magic at the bar.
Is there free parking?
We have free parking. The Magic Manor has a 64-space parking lot on site.
Is The Magic Manor wheelchair accessible?
Yes. We have street-level entry. There are no stairs into the showroom. Tell us when you book and we'll seat you on the aisle.
Do you serve food and drink?
Yes. The Magic Bar serves magical drinks (with and without alcohol) and small plates from our restaurant.
Do you give refunds?
We are unable to issue refunds. All tickets are non-refundable.
Do you have discounts for children?
No, we don't have discounts for children.
Can I record the show?
We don't allow recording of our shows to protect every performer's art.
